There are carving class opportunities to carve a pair of bluebirds (face to face); a pair of foxes; or an otter. These classes are taught by artist and master carver Betsy Popp.
1. Pair of Bluebirds in Neenah on two consecutive Thursday, Friday and Saturday dates, February 15, 16, 17 & 22, 23, and 24.
2. Pair of Foxes OR a reclining Otter on two consecutive Thursday, Friday and Saturday dates, March 1, 2, 3, & 8, 9, and 10.
Betsy will be at the January 7th Chippers meeting on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. to show models and answer any questions about this class. People interested in taking Betsy’s class are welcome to attend and register there. For details see the attached form which may be reproduced for use by your club. The Mid-Wis. Chippers meet at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 1140 Tullar Road, Neenah, Wisconsin.
Each class has a minimum of 10 and maximum of 15 students. So far there are 6 registered for the Bluebird class, and 7 for the Foxes(5) and Otter(2) class.
