Musky Area Woodcarvers Classes Filling Fast

Happy Summer to all, ok Friday officially! Hope everyone is enjoying the nicer, drier weather and keeping your knives sharp!  We are looking forward to another successful workshop in August as we have had a great registration response.  We just wanted to let you know that we do have a few spots remaining in a few classes.  If you have a friend, club member, etc. that you would like to encourage to attend the workshop, we have attached all the information necessary. We would love to encourage those that might be intimidated by other more proficient carvers.  Our instructors are willing to work with those at all levels and are very patient with beginners.

Some classes are full:

Lee Belanger

Larry Stenzel

Jan Jensen

Jim Thalacker

Greg Wirtz

The following classes have openings, some only 1 or 2

Denny Neubauer – knife or gouge making out of a drill bit or round stock, sharpening, and carving little people

Bob Harris – carving an American Avocet to paint

Dan Haack – carving caricatures and wood spirits

Dell Braunberger – carving an Eagle Head handle for a walking cane.

Dave Kublank – spoon carving

Gordy Moscinski – beginning carving.

Please feel free to share this information and to those that have already registered, we are looking forward to seeing you in August.
